Buffy has an allergic reaction to Starbucks

Hi everyone,

This was AH/AU. Buffy was sat in a coffee shop (maybe Starbucks?) and she has a drink which has nuts in, she doesn't realise until she has an allergic reaction. Spike (william?) is either a fellow customer or barista and he takes her to hospital;.

Does this ring any bells?
