I'm looking for any kind of fic- probably in season 6- where the Scoobies find out about Spike and Buffy. It could be humorous, or plotty, or whatever. I just think it would be hilarious to have them find out by, say, walking in on them instead of the way they really did.

Hmmm...Well there's Necessary Evils aby Barb Cummings-I really love her fics, but there's definitley some catching by the Scoobie gang in it, this is a very Spuffy story and if you haven't read it I'd definitely reccommend it

I have plenty season 6 fics in which the Scoobies find out one way or another, including:
Conversations in a Crypt and A Very Spuffy Christmas. I don't think any of them have them actually getting "caught" in the sense you mean it, though. Some of them are on here, others are probably only on the BSV or my web site.
