All Human Fic - Buffy is married to an abusive Parker

Had just started to read this fic and forgot to book mark it. It is an all human fic, where Buffy is married to an abusive Parker. She apparently kills him in self defense and is not put in jail for it. Spike moves in near/next to her and I think is hired/or wants to kill her? Thanks for any help.

It's called To Hell and Back by Havena.

While leaving an abusive marriage, Buffy is raped by her husband then discovers he was murdered that same evening. Starting her life over, she greets a new neighbour who wants nothing to do with her.
