Sucked into the 1920s via painting

Hi,

my friend and I are trying to find an old fic that we just remembered when we were talking about it last night. The Scooby Gang all get sucked into the 1920s via this painting that they find. One by one they all touch the painting and find themselves living the life of people from the 20s in a casino. Then they are represented in the painting - pretty sure Giles is the only one that doesn't get sucked it.

I'm pretty sure it's spuffy, cause why would I be reading anything else haha.
