I was wondering if there are any stories out there where Buffy takes drugs and Spike helps her get away from it.
I would love Season 6 stories, but really anything would be appreciated.

Maybe someone knows about a story like this.

There was story posted back in the spring or summer on EF where Buffy was stuck in an alternate dimension and ends up losing her slayer power and becoming a prostitute in a demon brothel. While there, she also becomes addicted to drug that available only in that realm. I'm not sure if she and Spike went to the dimension together and got separated or if he went in search of her, but he finds her and gets her back on the straight and narrow. It was a great story, but I can't remember the author's name. It wasn't someone who regularly posts, in fact, I think it might be the only story they ever posted. I hope this is helpful. I tried searching, but had no luck. Could be because I have a terrific migraine. Sorry

Baby Did a Bad Thing by Mrs. Muir might be what you're looking for. I don't think Buffy's doing drugs, maybe just drinking but Spike helps her out of it.

There was an all human fic I read a while back but cannot remember the name.

Buffy is Drussila's daughter and is beaten almost dayly by her. Dru's new boyfriend Spike ends up falling for Buffy. One day Buffy trys to kill herself with I think taking a whole bottle of asprin. But Spike fets to her in time. She's not really a junki but It is a fic were Spike helps here through her problems.

Buffy and Spike get sucked through a portal during season five. They are in a world that is run by demons and Buffy is a coke addict and is the favorite girl at a big name brothal. Only other thing I remember is that it takes Spike five years to find her because when they went through the portal the wound up on different sides of the world.
