Pregnant Buffy living alone in mansion

There is only one part of this fic standing out in my mind, and so far it hasn't been enough for me to find it. It's driving me nuts!

Buffy and Spike sleep together, not sure when. She finds out she's pregnant, they fight, and he leaves not knowing she's preggers (not necessarily in that order). I think Buffy refuses to leave the Crawford street mansion and ends up living there. I think maybe she finally finds Spike, and he's out with Harmony?

This ringing anyone's bell? Please help!

That's totally it, I don't know how I forgot that! So much happens in that amazing, and wonderfully long, series that I completely forgot how it all started! I guess that just means it's time to read it all over again from the beginning, right?!?!
