Buffy is injured badly and Spike takes care of her in his crypt

I'm looking for a fic I loved, but stupidly forgot to bookmark.

From what I can remember, Buffy was incapacitated physically (not sure if it was from a fight/illness/spell) and Spike took her to his crypt and took care of her. I remember that she was there for quite a long time, and the Scoobies thought she was being held there against her own will.

My own search for this took me to Destroying Entropy by BuffyMeetsSpike. Whilst this fic has some similarities, it definitely isn't it.

In the fic I'm looking for, Buffy may have been emotionally scarred, but the main ailment was definitely physical. Also, her being incapacitated and looked after by Spike lasts much loner than a few days. Like this fic mentioned above, Spike feeds her - I particularly recall him giving her orange juice.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'd really like to find it! Thank you in advance.

or is it the one where he is not chipped finds her and decides to take care of her. he showers her when she has been sick and looks after her for days , scoobies come and realise she is better off there until they find out what is happening to her. giles thanks him , oz and willow take food around and oz can smell that they have been together but dosnt say anything

It definitely isn't Hold me, I'm Sick by Spikes KittyKat (but thank you for the suggestion!), so I'm really intrigued by this suggestion, it sounds like it may be the one! Do you have a link/fic name?
