1880ish - Vamp Spike hanging from the ceiling

I read a fic once where there was a time travel aspect and Buffy from the future went into the lair of Angelus/Darla/Dru/Spike soon after Spike was sired in VIctorian England and saw him trussed up hanging from the ceiling in a pleasure/pain kind of way. I can't remember if she had spent time with him before he was sired or not.

There's a scene like that in The Bittersweets Series by Herself. It's in

Thanks. A bit disappointed it is in that series tbh, I hated the later direction that had the spike/angelus affair, utterly ruined the collection by twisting her own characterisation in how Buffy/Spike treated each other. If that was a story she wanted to tell it should have been done separately. Oh well. Thank you for reminding me, at least I won't keep searching.

Oh, I totally disagree, but that's what keeps fanfiction going, differences in opinion on where stuff comes and goes from the series. Glad to have helped find the story for you. It's one of my favorite stories.
