Buffy/Spike wake up to mystically appearing baby

Buffy and Spike are together. They wake up one morning with a baby mystically having appeared during the night. I think it may have been the Key, although I am not sure. It may have just been part of a prophecy. Although she did not physically carry the baby in pregnancy, it is definitely Buffy and Spike's child.
