Buffy seduces Spike, her stepdad

All human fic where Spike, a bartender I think, met Buffy but knew she was young so nothing happened. He met Joyce and married her but Buffy seduces him. They carry on an affair whilst Spike stays with Joyce (including having an anniversary weekend away but Buffy has a party and they get called home). They do get caught out of course in the end and eventually they end up together in England I think. Anyone know the title or author?
