I am reading Hearts Break Even by slaymesoftly at the moment and I wondered if anyone had any other fic recommendations where Angel loses his soul for some reason other than sleeping with Buffy.

I am pretty sure I have read another fic once where it was also Angel giving Dru sire blood to heal and that lost him his soul. I can't remember the title of the second one along those lines I've read, but in that one Spike and Buffy are with them in the factory and watch the bite happening and it getting pretty sexual between Angel/Dru, Spike insisting that Buffy watches and then apologising, but I can't remember which one that is. I also remember Angel losing his soul to Cordy in Welcome to the Hellmouth? by Schehrezade.

Other than those three, nothing else is occurring to me at the moment so any recs would be appreciated (and if anyone can identify the second one I thought of too that would be great).

In my Originsverse, Angel loses his soul without any intervention from Buffy at all. That's part of the second book, though.

That happens in Replacement by sus so it could be that. He is looking to make Buffy jealous and manages to lose his soul with Cordy thinking of her being Buffy.

There's also one where he loses his soul when he is given forgiveness by Jenny Calendar. Sorry I don't remember the name but this might help remind someone.
