Fic where buffy lets spike feed on her to heal

Hi, Im looking for a fic where spike is hurt really badly i think while fighting dru and anglus along side buffy, anyway he isnt healing fast enough so buffy lets him feed on her, thats all i really remember.

It isn't from fighting alongside Buffy tho, I think Spike turns up at the library badly beaten by Angelus. This is the fic where Buffy met him as a young boy when she went through a portal. It's a great fic.
