Hi, I'm basically looking for recs that fit this thread's title. I just reread Addie Logan's amazing And Then She Knew and was hoping for something on a similar strand of plot or just the theme in general as per this post's title. My only request is that it be on the longer, not a oneshot, side.

Well, Mrs Muir's The Baby Series starts out that way so you might like that one. It's on Elysian Fields. I think the first story is Baby Did A Bad Thing.

A slight tangent because Buffy is in a coma but there is The Body by Spikesheart.
