Demon Spike Gypsy Buffy Twins 1800's

Looking for a fic that I read here a while ago. Spike is the equivalent of Vlad the Impaler--he controls the land and Buffy is the "Golden Child" of a gypsy clan. He takes her in exchange for not destroying her clan and forces her to get pregnant through a magician. She ends up having twins one boy who is a vampire (demon) like Spike, and one girl who is like Buffy and all human.

I think the last chapter I read involved Buffy killing Drusilla because she kidnapped one of the babies. Buffy cannot breast feed the boy child because he requires blood with his feeding.

Thats about all I can remember. It is a very long fic and I do not think that it was finished. I can't think of the name for the life of me and I have been wanting to read it again for a while.

I tried searching for it but nothing came up. Someone help!
