There is an amazing Season 7 series by the late Nan Dibble that includes Buffy teaching self-defense classes, though there is much more than that going on. It's called The Blood Series and the first story is "Old Blood". Among other places, it's posted at All About Spike. I'm not allowed to put in a link here, but you should be able to find it with that info.
