Hey guys, I need some recs! Feeling restless and can't seem to find something I want to read.

I'm in the mood for long, plotty Spuffy. Preferably set at least s5 or later. No AU/All human fics.

Extra awesome points for you for Spike-Giles friendship/understanding/get to know each other.

The one I just completed posting is season 5 Spuffy with some Spike and Giles friendship. Not sure what your definition of long is - A Friend in Need is just short of 40,000 words. Not particularly long by saga standards, but long enough for stuff to happen. It's a non-canon season five that is a sequel to Even Demons Need Friends - a short, season 4 fic that is mostly Spike and Giles friendship (of a sort). They are both here on TSR.

Just a Summer Romance (follows much shorter Are We Friends?), is in between season 4 and 5 and comes in at 60,000 words.
Make My Day is plotty, but shorter at 36,000 words, and also follows a short fic.
To Save a Lady begins just before season 5 and is both long and plotty at 77,000+ words.

There is a great, long, fic (or series of fics) called the "Giles and Spike Collection" by Lori. My link no longer worked, but I did find it on the wayback machine

The Origins Series by Niamh is a must read. It starts just after The Gift. Technically I suppose it should be considered a season 6 fic but it is one of the best series out there.
