Buffy leaves with Spike

After Buffy finds the scythe she returns home with it. Since the scoobies and potentials had kicked her out she decides to leave with Spike. She gets into her room somehow without anyone else knowing and leaves the scythe and a note to Dawn on her bed.

I know this isn't much to go on but it's all I remember of it, any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
