AU All Human Spike Famous/ Buffy a mother.

This has Spike famous, and Buffy is a mother to a young girl. Buffy is in med school to become a nurse (?). She and Spike date, she gets pregnant again. At the end Spike takes Buffy's daughter to a awards cermony (?) because Buffy os to far along to go. He introduces the daughter to a reporter (I think it was mAry from Entertainment tonight) as his daughter shocking everyone. Also the daughter has to go to the bathroom so he gets the actress he last worked with to take her.
So I only remember the last few chapters.
I believe the daughter might have been Dawn. Joyce was alive for the whole fic (she was with Buffy at home in the end).
I believe I read it here too.
