		Just finished rereading Legions of True Hearts by the always wonderful Eurydice. I am also rereading Forward to Time Past by Unbridled_Brunette. I was wondering if there are any other fics where Buffy somehow meets William/ falls for him and then has to deal with said feels with Spike in the present or something. I haven't slept in two days and words fail me right now. Sorry if this makes no sense.

		This one is pretty close to what you're looking for Hearts Breaking Even by Slaymesoftly Season I Buffy falls through a portal and meets a very young William Carlisle during her very short stay in his time period. 		Yours, William and My Elizabeth by Puddinhead. She took "Yours" down to rework it for a orginal fic, but I belive you can contact her - that is if you haven't read it..... Can't imagine there is too many who haven't

		Well, I guess it won't let me post a link, less than 10 posts, I guess. Just finished THE BOOK OF WILLIAM by Lizzerbeathen. It was an excellent, well written story, though VERY LONG. Sorry that I can't link it.

That says a lot right there and so this is my ode to William, to Buffy and to what it means to love the soul beneath the self.
