Vampire Spike with artist/photographer Buffy

Hope I am not mixing stories here. Buffy met vampire Spike and had a relationship with him before she settled down with someone else. Eventually she left her husband, became a famous recluse (I cannot remember if she was an artist or photographer) and Spike stayed with her until she died of old age. The ending described her obituary.
