AH Step-sib fic, Spike returns after years away, Buffy realizes she loves him too

I apologize in advance if this has been recently searched and I did not realize it. The fic I'm looking for is a step-sibling story; Giles, Spike's dad, marries Joyce, Buffy's mom, when their children are both young. Spike realizes he's in love with Buffy when he's a teen and he's in angst over it, marrying an unbalanced Dru and fleeing Sunnydale. He returns several years later still in love with Buffy, who quickly realizes she loves him too.

I'm pretty certain this fic was written by kantayra, but as it's no longer posted on her website I was hoping from confirmation from other Spuffy fans before I contacted the author directly seeking the fic.
