I think these might fit what you are looking for. The second one definitely has a hurt spike in it, but it's Buffy that did the damage, so I don't know if that fits what you want. She is the one who helps him get better though.

With Angelus back to the fold, invalid Spike has had enough. With just enough strength in his legs to get him out of the mansion, he heads off to find the Slayer. For Spike has decided that he'd rather dust than hear his Sire and Grandsire continue to go at it like rabbits.
I don't know that he really needs/wants Buffy's help at first, but he gets it. He doesn't stay hurt for too long if I recall correctly.

One night, Buffy finds herself unable to cope with all the anger and pain within her anymore. She finds Spike and takes it all out on him in the most violent of ways. When the fight is over, she has the fire back. But when the brutal and undeniably one-sided fight is over, she realizes he's been really hurt. He's been crippled. She feels she owes him.. so Spike moves in with her, Willow, and Dawn. And everything in her life changes. Set during Season 6 sometime after Dead Things.
