Hi... I'm not sure if it was Buffy or Dawn or hell maybe it was Spike who fell ill. Nothing is helping and Anya suggests calling, "Dr. Bombay" (yes the same one from Bewitch.)

Of course, everyone scoffs and no one believes her, but they run out of options so she summons him.
