Buffy & William working together, will's dad- Giles dosent like her. shes pregnet after the 1st time

hey guys! i'm looking for a story I read years ago.
Buffy and William work together,Angel, Harm and Cordy work there too.
William is a shy outcast, wears glasses and tweed.
he and Buffy do IT for the first time in his pool and Giles-Will's father catch them and calls Buffy a harlot and she hears and run.
she get pregnant and she and Will get engage.
Jenny is Will's mom and she loves Buffy.

also Giles is the big boss of the company and no one knows that Will is his son.
Harm start to like William when he start to dress better cause of Buffy.
