baby fiction - Wesley brings Connor to Buffy and Spike, to be raised by them

Hi, i'm looking for a specific fic but unfortunately i cant remember much about it. I remember that wesley brings connor to buffy and spike, to be raised by them. Then i remember that buffy was pregnant and spike was the father, that dawn was their biological daughter. And i remember a battle against the initiative maybe?the scooby gang is inside the house and willow is trying to protect the house with magic. I think spike in this fic is souled or half-human or something. Or maybe Buffy is immortal, I cant remember. I think there was a prophecy involved about the babies but maybe i'm just confusing things. Please help me!

The only Ties That Bind I know is by rainsrabble but there Spike goes to the Scoobs to help stop Dru doing a ritual to return Angelus that would open the hellmouth and it turns out to be a prophecy that binds Spike and Buffy with a mating claim I think. It is Glory timewise rather than initiative and although Dawn appears there is no baby and I don't think she is said to be Buffy/Spike's either. There could, of course, be another by the same title.
