This is a S6 fic as it entails Wesley leaving L.A. and moving back to Sunnydale after the whole throat cutting and 'shunning' thing.
Tara helps him move, and for some reason needs to ride a motorbike, for which Spike lends her his duster.
In a meeting with Angel, Tara is unusually confident and later says she felt as though she had to live up to the coat.
Angel jumps to conclusions and assumes that Spike is having an affair with Tara.
I simply cannot place this 'clip' in a story, although I'm certain it's a longer Spuffy story - possibly even part of a series.
At first, I thought it was one of Maryperk's, or possibly enigmaticblue's, but I've been looking for ages and can't find anything even remotely similar.
Help put me out of my misery, please! |
