evil vampire buffy / William is a watcher

I read a story a long time ago where buffy was a evil soulless vampire. The slayer someone else. Buffy has a thing for William the slayers ' watcher. I think the slayers name was kate.

Buffy has a thing for William and later gets turned in So Like Candy by Minx DeLovely, but William is Faith's watcher in that. I think Buffy was a slayer too until she was vamped. It doesn't appear to be online anymore though, it used to be on EF.

Not a great match to your search criteria but I know hardly any where Spike is a watcher. Buffy is 'evil' in it before she is reensouled, is not going to take no for an answer to her attraction anymore. I can't remember reading any others with Spike as a watcher to someone else, sorry.
