Romance in the rain moment

So the only thing I remember from this story was that after Buffy and Spike met up they shared a passionate kiss in the rain and got all wet. I think there was this description of how people were watching the two and thinking how wonderful it must be to be young and in love.

In Tailored Encounters by Im_Bloody_English (chaps 18-19) there is a romantic picnic/concert in the park Buffy and Spike go to where there are some older couples who tell Spike it is nice to see a young couple there and then there is a rain storm that has them pack up quickly and head home they get into a passionate kiss under a bus shelter. It is all human though (Spike works as a gigolo for Lorne).

Sweet and sad fic. Good but also not the one I was thinking of.

Doesn't quite meet what you described but there is a hot kiss in the rain. Plus it is very well written. Short though.
