Spike calls Buffy "his" queen. Drusilla was his princess but Buffy is now his queen

Hi, me again. Im looking for a fic that i i dont remember the plot exactly but is our ussual vampire/slayer fic, they are together and Spike calls Buffy "his" queen. Drusilla was his princess but Buffy is now his queen. There is a chapter when Buffy is injured and start doubting her duty, thinking that maybe if Spike could change, any vampire could do it and Spike tell her to please not believe that, that he cannot loose her over this. I know is very vague but is the only thing that I remember... for now.
