Baby Fic: Buffy and Spike have children and Joyce and Giles have a child too

I only remember bits and pieces of this but I do remember the gang was fighting the First Evil and Spike burned up. Buffy and Spike have a daughter Anna? and they had another child a boy I think born a few days before the final battle in the hellmouth. Joyce and Giles have a child together. Buffy and everyone go to England, Spike comes back as a ghost in Wolfram and Hart. None of the fang gang believe him so they don't tell Buffy. But the daughter can see Spike and talk to him? She has powers or something. She tells Buffy and they go to get Spike from LA.
