I'm looking for fics where Drusilla regains her sanity. Also she has to help Buffy and Spike in some detrimental way. If she's not sane I suppose that's fine but she needs to help them and leave an impact not just pro Spuffy or helps them get together. I just finished "Something Blue, Something More by Opal" and I loved Dru in that fic. So any fics like that would be greatly appreciated. It does not have to be a babyfic just either sane or white hat Drusilla.

Another fic by Opal, Extraordinary Considerations has this aspect with Dru as well.

Wolfram & Hart make a slight error, and bring Drusilla back instead of Darla at the end of AtS S1. Drusilla heads straight to Sunnydale and Spike, and in the process throws a monkey wrench into Buffy's thinking.

Miranda's Soulmates has a sane-ish Dru in the end. Her site disappeared years ago, so someone else might have a link. I have a text copy.

there's a few with Dru becoming sane...r, but not quite within your brief. Dee Bradfield's Shades of Grey series for instance. Dru's sanity is sort of restored in the end

There is Fixing the Factors by ImmortallySpuffy. Dru isn't really sane (I guess she is as sane as she is ever going to be!) but she does help them alot. You can find it on Elysian Fields.
