Buffy is killed post series on patrol

I may be mixing fics here but I think it is post series and Buffy is struggling after Spike's death. As I remember it she goes off, or is quite reclusive and is taken out by a group of vampires or demons whilst going about patrol, she didn't kill herself. I think it is the start of a do-over or one where she is then shown that Spike is alive and gets to go back.
