Post Chosen/NFA fic Spuffy helps Faith so that another Slayer can be called

Long shot here since all I remember is that it is a long, possible multi chapter fic and that Spuffy helps Faith by drowning her in the ocean allowing her to die so that a new slayer can be called but then they revive her.
Anyone know it?
