Buffy's pregnant with Spike's child and hiking through the wilderness with Spike and Andrew

I used to read this story all the time and it's driving me crazy that I can't remember the title now. Buffy couldn't let Spike die to avert the apocalypse and basically the world is overrun with demons. Most of the people have been killed off by demons or disease. The Scoobies all died, one by one, and only Spike, Buffy, and Andrew are left. Buffy is pregnant with Spike's child and the three are hiking to a safe haven that Buffy had a dream about. When they reach their safe spot Conner, Wesley, and Cordelia are there. I remember in the end after the baby is born the three get a chance to go back in time and stop the apocalypse and Andrew sacrifices himself so Spike won't have to. I hope someone can help, this was a great story and I really want to read it again.

Yes, that is the story! I just did a search and found it at the old Sinister Attraction site. The site owner doesn't update anymore but she does keep the archive intact. Thanks everyone.
