The Protectors by:SinisterChic over on FanFic.net is on my opinion the best canon baby fic. I am suprised no one has thought of it.

Thank Lou for the fic rec of Nanny Spike and Auntie Buffy. Would not have given it a shot, due to the name of it but it ended up being wonderfully smutty and quite well written. Thanks!

Quick question, I realized it is not completed. Do you know if it leaves off at a strong point or if the author is still updating? Because it is a decently long fic and I really hate it when you read that much and it just drops off with a, Well... what next? Cliff hangers are great, but I mean just stops mid plot.

I try to update every other Thursday, alternating between this and another story of mine. I have every intention of completing the fic. I estimate about 8-10 chapters left, and probably a sequel. I wish you happy reading!

I'm not big on baby!fics (although there are some excellent ones mentioned above), but I have a couple:
If That's What it Takes - Spike and Buffy are accidentally sent to an alternate dimension (bad Willow!) where they are normal humans and married to each other. They are there long enough to become a real couple. When Willow brings them back to Sunnydale, Buffy recoils from Spike and he leaves. Until she has to bring him back because she has a surprise for him.
A Very Bumpy Christmas (and many of the shorter schmoop bingo fics written in that verse) is a baby fic. Set in the world of [b]Things That Go Bump in the Night
[/b] it follows by several months Spike's reappearance in that fic.
Some of my AU future fics (Always Wait For You, for example) have a future Spike and Buffy with children, but they aren't baby fics.
