Spike from alternate dimension returned to Buffy in Rome

I have been looking for this fic for two days now and it is driving me bananas! I'm fairly certain it is a post NFA story where Buffy and Dawn are in an apartment in Rome and Buffy has been grieving for Spike. Somehow a Spike from an alternate dimension appears in Buffy's living room after being chased and almost killed in his dimension. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
