Reversal of Humans and Vampires *FOUND*

I don't remember much about this fic but I do remember that William and Drusilla were humans and Ripper, Willow, and Xander are vampires and Buffy I believe bumped her head or was sucked into another dimension
Buffy was confused at first and I do know there was a scene where she came across the vampires and was almost killed.
Buffy also became friends with Drusilla.
Does anyone have any idea of the fic name?
