Life's Like That by pipergirl is a fantastic baby fic and can be found here or at EF.

Niamh's Origin Series has Buffy getting pregnant in the second fic of the series and having the babies during the final fic. It's freaking spectacular and one of the best series ever written.

I find a lot of baby fics disappointing for one reason or another so picking a favourite is difficult.

Fics such as Niamh's Origins series and Isabelle's The Island of Galleno have baby/child aspects to them I like but the fics in general are really good independent of that angle and not focussed on it so I don't think of them as 'baby fics' (and yes, Origins is one of the best fic series around).

Buffy and Spike's emotions/bond with their child in Jypzrose's Arizona is nice though there is a lot of w/o stuff in that one I found boring personally.

For proper 'baby fics' I like the prophesied/controlled ones, such as Kallysten's To See the Sun Again or Tricky propositions by spikes_slayer08. Although, as I say, there are aspects of them that I'm not as keen on and find that baby fics often go very corny towards the end in particular. I'll be interested to see the recs people give as I'd love to find a really good proper 'baby fic'.

Ooooo, just remembered the Bunnyverse!!!! I haven't read these in ages but it starts with Humping Like Bunnies by sabershadowkitten and then the sequels (Heart Don't Lie, At It Like Rabbits and Baby Likes to Roleplay) by nautibitz includes baby fic. I am going to go and read these again now but with these authors this simply has to be a strong contender.

This one is more light-hearted and not a baby fic as much as a pregnancy fic and Spike isn't the father.

This one is very very angsty up front and definitely NC-17 with a big 'N' but turns into a babyfic of a canon variety as opposed to all my other recs which are all human stories. It can be found at adultfanfiction.net but it's always got smushed words when I see stories there so if you want a cleaner copy contact me and I can send it to you post-clean up by me. That may not matter to you but I need clean copies to read or I get all aggravated while reading. Love the story though, so I rec it even though it's not 'sweet'.

Summary: Believe it or not this is Spuffy in the LONG run. Buffy is raped by Spike and Angel but it's not as straight forward as it sounds. There are sinister forces behind it and it is all a part of a bigger, diabolical plan to fulfill a prophecy.
