AH - Buffy is cutting her wrists

Hello,

a few month ago I was reading a fanfiction and can't find it anymore. Maybe some can help me because I'm giving up right now.

I can't remember a lot. All I remember is it is an all human story. Sometimes when the pressure is too high for buffy, she is cutting her wrists. Somehow Spike (her boyfriend) finds out and she promises him she won't do it again but she does and Spike is very disappointed in her.

Probably it's an angsty story....

Does it sound familiar to someone?
