Post Chosen & Angel is tried by the PTB

I'm looking for a fic and i think it's set some time after the Angel series. Angel is brought before the PTB in some time of court room settting and is being judged for his actions that led to so many deaths. Buffy is there as well.. and Spike i think because it must have been a Spuffy fic. That's all i can remember, hopefully it's enough for someone to remember it.

Augh! I do remember this fic. Angel loses and arm and he is tried for Drogyn's death. Spike defends him in court. Years later, Buffy and Spike's children are kidnapped and killed, but they have more children. I believe it ends with Cordy and Angel looking at a statue made of Buffy and Spike.

I know all these details but the name of the fic. Hopefully the extra info will spark someone's memory.
