I remember reading a few fics like cold day in hell where when spike goes vamp face his thing changes too

It seems to be a recurring theme and would love to see some other fics

I also remember one that I read once where he even had a knot/swell when in vamp face

I think that comes up (ho ho) in Fueled Enchantment by nightmelody
Buffy and Spike deal with the aftermath of Willow's 'My will be done' spell.

Slight tangent on the theme... but it is mentioned in Positive Reinforcement by Spikez_tart and in the sequel Invite Me In that a full moon makes vamps bigger, last longer.

The Ultimate Betrayal by jamies_lady . Spike changes often into vamp mode when with Buffy

It's only a tiny bit of the story but Broken betrayal by Maryperk.
