Looking for a Spuffy where a woman comes from an alternate dimension..

I'm looking for a story I haven't read in awhile.. I don't remember much, but what I do remember is there's a woman from another dimension who is brought to Buffy's dimension somehow (I think Whistler did it), and she meets with everyone in The Magic Shop. She mentions that Buffy is a tv show in her dimension and about how Angel is a pedophile for having the hots for Buffy while she was younger. There's some Riley bashing ( so must be season 4, I believe)... At the end everyone's at a party and the woman shows up with who I recall being Willy the bartender...
