This is a story I read a few years ago -

It starts with Buffy getting resurrection but she comes back almost like a skeleton, Dawn and Spike nurse her back to health but the other scoobies never visit.

Any ideas?

Ummm I think they set up a sort of hospital room for Buffy? With a private nurse.

Spike and Dawn share the bed with Buffy as she has nightmares and they calm her....

Anyone ?

It's similar but I'm sure it's not it. The fic I read, Buffy had been resurrected and resembled a severely starved person...
