Could it possibly be 'Chosen After Death' by JackofSpikes? That certainly fits with the lavender eyes and small fangs. Hope that you find whichever one you're looking for.

Doesn't Buffy have lavender eyes and baby fangs in 'Dark Gift' by Schehrezade?

I think Buffy's eyes glow in The Demon in Me but not lavendar. Although she is 'turned', well, kinda . In Chosen After Death Buffy definitely has lavendar eyes but she isn't turned at all it is just the slayer side making itself known. Both of those have the small fangs thing.

I think Madeline Black is right that Buffy has the lavendar eyes, fangs and she is turned by Drac in Dark Gift by Schehrezade. Shame it is a WIP.
