Buffy has a dream where Dru and Riley are working together

I can't remember much about this fic, but there was one scene where Buffy is tied to a tree and Spike, Drusilla and Riley are fighting. Buffy sees this in a dream before it happens. There's a syringe or something and Giles sends it with Wesley. I think Dru might have vamped Riley before previously. Thank you.
