That sounds like a fic I read a long time ago titled something "Angel"...

It's an All-Human AU where Spike brings the young hooker Buffy back to his apartment while it rains outside, and makes her a sandwich and lets her have a shower. They do sleep together, and at one point he gets annoyed because she stopped reacting and being there with him, but starts going through mechanical movements, but then it gets better. It turns out he had never slept with anyone but his wife, Dru, and they've divorced recently after he found out she'd been cheating wildly on him. Buffy has a boyfriend who is pimping her out and has hit her, and yells at her if she takes an extra piece of turkey to make a sandwich, so she's surprised when Spike grabs away the thin sandwich she made and makes her a proper one, and gives her juice and not water.

There was a kinky fic that Sandara took down where Buffy was stripping because she needed money post Wrecked I believe. The focus was not the stripping but the kink so since you didn't mention that part I don't think it's the one you are looking for. But just in case, there is that one. Since Sandara took down her stories under her old pen name I don't want to post the old story name here for her sake. I don't see that she has re-posted it under her new name though.
