Hey guys, all I remember is that Dru is in town and she ends up being there to help them. I think Buffy has a dream about her and everyone is on edge but in the end she's a good guy.

Sounds like some elements of my To Save a Lady, but I can also just barely remember reading a fic years ago in which Dru's ghost/spirit/something did come to help Buffy and help her get together with Spike. No idea where I read it, though. Sorry.

I just remembered, I think she saves Buffy from Riley.

Miranda's Soulmates has a Drusilla who is helpful in it, but she doesn't save Buffy from Riley she saves all of them from Glory.

It's hard to find as well. I have a copy in text format if you want it.

Fixing the Factors by ImmortalSpuffy has Drusilla and Herbie the Chaos Demon working a Groundhog Day-like spell to get Buffy and Spike together during Season 4. They do it from South America, though, so Dru doesn't actually show up in person.
