Very skinny Buffy told Spike's alive by Whistler

Buffy lives at the beach and is very thin. Whistler appears and tells her of a Buffy impostor and of Spikes' return. He wants her to go to him. She ends up in the duct-work of an office in Italy, when Spike sees/smells her. He follows her into the duct-work and it collapses during their reunion. Ring any bells?
