Buffy has Spikes twins and he is powerful -noth human

I read this story once and I have been on the hunt for the past year trying to find it!

Angel was Spikes little brother who wanted Buffy. He bought her a dress to try to win her but she didn't except it. I think she went over to return it and that is how she meet and slept with Spike. She ended up pregent with twins, a boy and girl. Later on Spike tracks her down and he finds out the twind are his by looking into his sons eyes. That's when Buffy finds out how powerful he is because heis some form or roalty or something along those lines. Spikes pretty kindnaps Buffy to get them married in some different country. I remember some dessert scene and Angel tricking Spike to thinking him and Buffy had just gotten engaged.

Only it isn't Angel but Connor that's Spike's little brother and he didn't buy her a dress to try and win her (I think), but he proposed to Buffy and she went to return the ring.

Always thought Spike should have had to beg and grovel a little more in that story. To me he just seemed like a spoiled brat who thought he should get things, like Buffy, just because he wanted them.
