Dru pours Holy Water down Spike throat

I only remember this scene. Spike comes to Buffys window and she knows he's there. She gets annoyed because he won't answer her until she sees his face. He's completely messed up because Dru poured holy water down his throat while he slept. I hope this is familiar to someone.

I believe that fic is the Blood That Binds by Behind Blue Eyes and that scene takes place in chapter 8
